1. Print-On-Demand Fulfillment

All orders are custom-made and fulfilled by Printify, our trusted print-on-demand partner. This means your items are created specifically for you once your order is placed, helping us minimize waste and promote sustainability.

 

2. Processing Time

  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed and sent to production within 2-5 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Production Time: Each product is made-to-order and may take 2-7 business days to complete, depending on the item.

 

3. Shipping Time

Once your order has been produced, shipping times will vary based on your location:

  • United States: 3-7 business days

  • International Orders: 7-20 business days, depending on the destination country and customs processing.

Please note that delivery times may be affected by holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

 

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of your order. You will see the shipping cost before completing your purchase.

 

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the delivery status of your package.

 

6. International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations. Please note that additional customs fees, taxes, or duties may apply, depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping fees.

Because our products are made-to-order, we can only accommodate changes or cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time, production will begin, and changes may no longer be possible.

 

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged:
